Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our New Hope crews are already moving. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your New Hope address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
We built our New Hope branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from New Hope, PA property owners — the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our New Hope roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in New Hope isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout New Hope, PA, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a New Hope, PA warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Talk to a New Hope property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters — every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one New Hope call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in New Hope started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later — our New Hope dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
From a single soaked bedroom to a commercial building with three flooded floors, our New Hope teams are equipped to scale up or down — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our New Hope units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in New Hope, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial New Hope accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Blackwater losses in New Hope get handled under strict Category 3 protocol: containment, PPE, antimicrobial application, and documented disposal of contaminated materials.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every New Hope drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
Every New Hope estimate is written and explained before work begins — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Because our equipment cache sits inside New Hope, PA, most New Hope calls see a technician on-site in under 60 minutes.
We photograph and log every step specifically so your claim moves faster and you're not the one arguing with the insurance company.
Final moisture readings have to hit dry-standard before we consider a New Hope job done, and getting there again is on us, not you.
A short call with our New Hope dispatcher tells us whether this is a one-room job or a multi-crew response before anyone drives out.
Our nearest available New Hope crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount extraction gear on board.
Extraction happens immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where the drying equipment needs to go.
We re-check moisture levels daily until materials hit dry standard, then hand you full documentation for your records or your insurer.
We measure moisture with instruments, not guesswork, and we won't sign off on a New Hope job until those readings match the dry standard for the materials involved. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your New Hope paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. A repeat visit under this guarantee doesn't mean starting over — we pull the original moisture logs and pick up exactly where the last visit left off.
